PATHETIC !!!!!!

No such a cool idea !!!!! Pay R1499 per month for a 1GIG line which has never been that speed. We get speeds of around 100mb if we lucky. Every time i phone in there is an excuse, its either Vuma or the Devices we are using cant handle the speed. Last week after a month of emails back and forth a technician was sent to my home and we now have a speed of around 600mb (still the same devices etc) Service is absolutely pathetic but you are expected to pay the full price. I have made numerous calls to the accounts department who will always contact me back but NOTHING !!!! Do you want business or NOT !!! I have requested a credit and my line has now been suspended.
