Outstanding Support Team Stars

Alex Hlapa and Simbonile Dzanibe really worked hard to rectify a problem I was having. Simbonile tried to get me the assistance I required but it was Alex who came on board and I do feel he went beyond the call of duty to assist. While I can be an extrememly difficult person, especially when it comes to service, Alex fully met the expectations I have come to expect from Cool Ideas. So long as Cool Ideas Support Team can work to these expectations, I don't see why they can't remain Top of the Pops. Thank you Alex and Simbonile, appreciate all the help you provided.
