Outstanding, reliable service with top-notch support!
For the past 7 years, Cool Ideas has delivered nothing but exceptional internet service. Any rare connectivity hiccups were due to line provider maintenance, and one minor billing issue I encountered was promptly and professionally sorted by the accounts team. Their customer support is top-notch—tickets are resolved quickly and escalated to highly skilled staff who go above and beyond (big thanks to Wian!). I couldn’t be happier with the reliability and efficiency of Cool Ideas.
