Only works when things go right

I phoned cool ideas to log a fault with my octotel line. They said they will log a ticket and I will receive an email.

This did not happen.

I logged a ticket this morning only to find nothing has been done.

Internet outage: 24hours and counting.

This is not the first time I had to ask coolideas to do something, only to be ignored and not kept up to date of what the status of my query is.

Sad to see a company with such good offerings giving such bad technical support. A pity, because this would drive people to the big players and leave the smaller companies behind.
