Nothing cool about this clueless organisation!
What a mission to get anything to work with these people! I have been working from home since March and our connectivity was relatively stable until 3 weeks ago when Vumatel people came to check our box based in our property to see why a fellow neighbor's fibre isn't working?! I have to connect to the hotspot on my phone to perform Teams calls, no Netflix and to give you an idea how bad it really is - the download speed is 0.76mbps and upload speed at 1.83mbps. These call center technicians has no clue how to help you - but yet I am still expected to pay?? You are steeling my money, this is ****************!!
