Nothing cool about Cool Ideas

I had a month to month uncapped internet with Cool Ideas, I then asked them to terminate my services as I was moving to a new service provider. This email was sent on the 29th of June and today (11 October 2018) they still have not sent a termination email to the line provider (tt connect) and as a result I have not been able to make the switch to my new service provider, and I’m left without internet. They apologized but still have not sent the email, they are basically refusing to send the email and couldn’t careless about me.
