Always a pleasure dealing with the team, exceptional service delivery and they really do go the extra mile. Got onto their website a year ago and saw that my area was flagged as one where fibre was installed, so I went to a competitor to settle for an ADSL line, but the competitor mentioned that the complex that I am staying in does has fibre - so, so got to sending the CoolIdeas team an email enquiring about this and the minor discrepancy on their website. The team were amazing and got back to me in record time confirming that I did indeed stay in a fibre ready zone. So signed up with them and have not looked back. Have interacted with the team 3 times with different enquiries after joining and they are professional and understanding as well as patient.
