Not such a cool idea afterall

Cool Ideas has not debited my account now for two months, and if it wast for the fact that i monitor my debit orders, i wouldn't have realized this! They promised customers a free month and are now going back on their word! The finance consultants cant distinguish a debit from a credit, and are not even attempting to get this mess resolved.... Cool Ideas was not such a cool idea after all!!! Your service and lack of accountability is appalling!
