Not such a cool idea

I have had intermittent internet for the last week now, with Cool Ideas always passing the buck to another poor service provider, SADV.

I get it guys, the infrastructure is provided by SADV, but my contract is with SADV and this is why i pay to cool ideas and not SADV, please get into bed together and fix this mess. We require stable internet for the next few months to work.
