Not so Coolideas no Internet Service Provider

Most hopeless and poor quality of service. I give them a zero for Customer Relationship Management. Their billing system leaves a lot to be desired. They will suspend your service even if you pay before they invoice you. They basically make Eskom a queen on service availability. Regret I signed up with them and glad I finally csncelled service with them
