Not so Cool are you
If i could i would give Cool Ideas zero stars as they don't even deserve 1 star. Ive been logging calls for the last 7 days for intermittent disconnections, they claim they have escalated but i never get feedback from them. I'm working from home and it becomes a pain get disconnected. Its embarrassing and irritating to be on a conference call and your connection goes down. Please take this urgently, as if i suffer loss of income, trust me i be reporting your company to ICASA.

08 Apr 2020, 14:32HI Kenneth, apologies for the frustration, can you confirm a support reference number or account name and surname so we can have this escalated to the support manager. in most cases this can be a link down which the fibre line provider will need to assist in repairing.
