Not providing the service
I’ve been with Cool Ideas for the past two years via Mitchell’s Fibre and had no issues with the ISP. Mitchell’s Fibre subsequently changed to Vuma Reach. Bought a 28 day voucher (40/10) on the 23rd of February and a day later still no internet. The Cool Ideas contact centre are transferring you from the one agent to the next agent.
