Not Happy

Relocated to a new adress on saterday, decided to stay with cool ideas, supp**** all the documentation required, every mail i reply to is to a different person assisting me, 3 days later and still no fiber. I understand that there is a process but that process should not take 3 days especially if the isp and the service provider stays the same except for the adress. Already spent R700 on data from vodacom to do work.....
