Not cool, Cool Ideas
7 days of no wifi. I have called almost 8 times now and provided with the same answer "we will follow up wirh the connection department" spoken to numerous people now. My line was disconnected by Vumatel for no reason and they cant seem to get it back up again. I work from home, no wifi for 7 days! I was promised to be incl in all comms regarding the matter, nothing. Its painful to cknstantly follow up and be left with nothing. Paying for a service I am not getting
