Not Cool at All

Absolute horrible service once again. If the system works it works but as soon as I have an issue your support staff frustrate me and cannot resolve my issue. They are untrained and simply just lie to get clients off the phone. I have spent all my airtime holding online while the technicians supposedly 'check something' and then come back and ask me the exact same questions again. Your service is pathetic. I am working from home currently and cannot do anything without my internet. Yet you keep on billing and we keep on paying... for what?
