I would like to share my most incredible experience and professional service extraordinaire received yesterday, Friday 8 Oct and throughout our time being with Cool Ideas, which is a few years already. I asked for help, and within a very short space of time, received a reply back from Nonhlanhla and Monique that blew me away. Thank you is not enough for the way in which you helped me. When the big bosses do your KPA's and QA's, you are all to be awarded and commended of going the extra mile. I thank Kyle who also kept me in the loop, another young professional man, who really needs to be awarded for most excellent service I have received, and from all of you!
