Nonexistent service

Since fibre has been in South Africa, we have had lines from Telkom, Vox, Vodacom, Mweb and now Cool Ideas. I can therefore without hesitation or doubt say Cool Ideas is by far the worst ISP we have ever had. In the 3 years that we have been with them our line is constantly down, the longest being 4 days, more recently 2 days. We have never had this issue with any other ISP. When you ask Cool Ideas to investigate the problem they simply point the finger at Vuma and leave it at that, as if the service that they onsell from Vuma to customers is not their problem or responsibility. In general I find them to be deceptive and really only out to take money from consumers without caring about whether their service actually works or is fit for purpose. I will strongly suggest rather going with any other ISP. Telkom as a SOE provided a better service.
