No so Cool Ideas - pathetic service
I app**** for a relocation a month before I moved. I sent the pictures of the ONT and every thing that was asked for. On 30 July 2023 The last of many tickets that were logged, it was for the activation. FTTX 3 2 3 4 1 4. Today is the 2nd of August and after numerous calls and replies to tickets that are logged my Internet is still not connected. It is apparently Metro fibres fault according to the call agents and one even told me they cannot contact Metro fibre to sort out the issue. What is the point of having Cool Ideas as the ISP if you cannot contact the fibre provider??? Unbelievable.
It has been an absolutely terrible experience and I will not recommend Cool Ideas to anyone looking for Internet or ISP support.
