No service from cool ideas

I have been with cool ideas for more than a year December I moved and I informed them and send a new application to them. They emailed me a new account ref for payment. I have been paying monthly as per normal. No issues. Today 19 April my line was deactivated even I have paid. The problem is.... cool ideas dit not give the information to openserv. I have no wifi now as cool ideas have not done their job and then the team leader can't do anything she is only taking notes. No manager is on duty and nothing can be done in till tomorrow. I am losing money because cool ideas deactivated my account even though they receive payment every month.
