No Service for a full month

This company took a whole month to get my WH-FI working I have about 18 emails as proof..they sent 3 different teams and only the last team manage to find the problem..they quickly disconnect you if you late but after a whole month of no service..ask for a refund and they just refuse to even consider it..I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
