No Service Delivery But Still Charged For It

<p>After weeks of fighting Vumatel to install a working fibre line, I then signed up with Cool Ideas to be my ISP. They state on their website that the modem is delivered in 48hours and then you're ready to go. I signed up last weekend, it's now Friday and I have not received a modem and cannot use the internet, but I've been charged since the 8th, and it's the 12th now and I still cannot use their service because of their poor service delivery. I have phoned daily and get given excuses and apologies, but still no service delivery!!! I left Telkom because of poor service delivery and now I might have gone from the frying pan into the fire! This is unacceptable service! They should at least give me a credit from the 8th, until the day I receive the modem, who knows when that will be!? A very disappointed new customer!</p>
