No Service
I received a VoIP service on my fiber line in December....I cannot see my balance. i do however see that I am totally up to date with my accounts. Cannot make calls...so i log a ticket. I am told that I am out of credits and that I will be able to make calls immediately..if i allow them top up the credits ..which I did at 14:00. I have since sent 4 email querying the status to no avail....I guess I will need someone else to supply me with a VoIP service
