No room for pensioners at Cool Ideas
I am so dissapointed in Cool Ideas. Not only do they not return your call but also send you wrong information! I have been a customer for a few years and as pensioner always tried to get an affordable deal. They now informed me of a compulsary upgrade from a 50/50 line to a 75/75 line for about R160 more per month! When I told them I can't afford it they first sent me a mail saying I can downgrade to a 55/25 line at a price I could afford. When I accepted this they then turned atound and said that this was only for new customers. So they give specials in order to get new customers but feel nothing for their loyal pensioner customers! I would be ashamed if I was you Cool Ideas! Do the right thing by me!
