No response from support tickets

Since I joined them, it has been quite impossible to get any support queries answered (without having to resort to a complaint).

I recently logged 2 support queries, which were simply merged then closed with no response or resolution from Cool Ideas.

I was hoping reviews I read of them were true after struggling with other ISPs, but it seems good internet service is something South Africa is yet to get :(
