No response, connection is always down and no one assists,

I've been with cool ideas for over 5months now and I think I've had one good month in total, they are so quick to take money but doesn't get back to u when your connection is down, I've been trying to get hold of someone for 3 weeks, I've sent emails, called and still nothing bit my connection is down constantly, I suggest no one go with cool ideas, and my next review is going in to the newspaper, they are ******* and only give u the first month of good connection so u can keep paying. I'm disgusted
