No resolution. No urgency

Started having Intermittent connection issues since 7 September. Numerous calls to cool ideas and they ask for screenshot of speed tests. Established bad connection. Vuma comes out and replaces router. Issue still persists. Advised cool ideas that we are still experiencing Intermittent connection issues. They escalate. They ask for speed tests to be done. NO INTERNET CONNECTION TO DO A SPEED TEST. They then say they did something on their side to resolve the issue. Today, 27 September I still sit Intermittent /NO internet. Vuma is supposed to come to my house again. Been waiting since last week. I work from home and have mostly been using my mobile data. PATHETIC service cool ideas.
