No real service

<p>After searching for the best fibre supplier on and open network powered by SADV, I decided on signing up,with Cool Ideas after having a chat with the lovely sales person who kindly mentioned that he will try his best to speed up the installation process that usually takes about 3 weeks or so. It has been four weeks and they don't seem to care too much as they hardly ever reply to my mails requesting an update and if they do I usually get a reply a week or so later. One would think that they would perhaps try and stick to the timelines they innitially agrees to by working more closely with SADV to try and provide the best possible service but they don't seem to care either? Why is it so difficult for everyone to just do a good job these days? </p> <p> </p>
