No other ISP can match this amount of effort for their clients!

I was with 2 other service providers before contacting Cool Ideas, I had packet loss at peak hours with the other 2 ISPs and both of these ISPs reason for packet loss at peak hours were that in the evenings there is congestion at the exchange due to alot of people when coming home from work are on the interner. As soon as I joines Cool Ideas I found that there was still packet loss the evening. I contacted them the same night that I was connected and the following morning at 08:00 they had sent a technician to come and do testing on my line and routing. The technician immediately noticed a problem and took a drive to a certain exchange to address the problem. From there on out I had no more problems. Hands down best communication in the hame and easiest client portal to work on. I 100% reccomend them!
