No issues here!
I've always been impressed by Coolideas' problem resolution. They've been great and keeping me informed of new installations, and assisting over the phone. In the most limited instances of faults or issues, they've been able to assist rapidly. May be a little more expensive, but you don't have to deal with weeks/months outages being sent from pillar to post.
