No Internet #COOL-***
Disappointed in the service from Cool Ideas. I’ve always been happy with how you guys dealt with issues, but I see a change.
I been having issues with my fibre line from the 11th. To date no priority to get this resolved. It’s an up and down between VUMA & Cool Ideas. Can someone please support me in getting this resolved. Either the ONT hardware needs to be changed or the fibre line needs repairs.
