No internet connection since Sunday.
Good day,
This is bad customer service we have been without internet since Sunday evening the issue was reported Monday morning the ticket that was logged with Openserve was for a incorrect Bnumber and address worse that was revealed by Openserve, because they have been fix a line that doesn’t have problem till today it’s Wednesday the matter hasn’t been resolved.
Openserve promised to send a technician yesterday at 12:00 till today nobody came.
Can this please matter be resolve Cool ideas in the Name of Jesus.
