NO INTERNET – BUT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!

I've been with Cool Ideas since 2018, but their internet speeds & service has gone down the drain. For 2 months I’ve been battling with this. When I e-mail them, I only get a cold, automated answer. They don’t care about you. They are only interested in taking your money.

Management is always on lunch / never available. Their attitude is horrible towards their customers. ☹

Please don’t use them. They promise the world, but once you are in their spider web they will make you pay for a service that you won’t receive.
