New customer and I must say I am quiet dissatisfied with level of services I am receiving from Cool Ideas. The reason I left Vox is literally no customer service and you me following like I am desperate. If you guys don’t require my businesses pleaser let me know…. I’m still not up and running and after 3 calls no one has gotten back to me. Really disappointing considering you were rated number 1…. 😞
