NO GO ISP

HI, This company is worse than Telkom when it comes to releasing a Fibre line. I have canceled my FTTH line with them on the 18th of July, via their online calling system and via email. They told me that the line would have been canceled on the 31 of August 2019. The 31st came and gone, and still they have not released my line. My new ISP is awaiting the line release so that they can grab and manage it! Via several phone calls to Cool ideas helpdesk they assured me that the line would be released ASAP, but it's the 3rd of SEP already, and NOTHING! I have had ok service with them, but this is just unacceptable from a company in a cut throat ISP industry. And on top of not releasing my line, they are throttling my 100mbps connection to 2-3mbps after 5pm!!!?!?!!! Beyond P($$ed off!
