No follow up and no interest

App**** for service 1.5 months ago. Cool Ideas continually blamed OpenServe. Turned out that Col Ideas had not done what they were supposed to have done. No-one bothered to follow up. Each time I had to phone their *&^% call centre where it took on average 20 minutes for anyone to pick up a phone. In summary, the only way I could get service was to use a personal contact within Openserve who then assisted promtly. I now wait, yet again, on Cool Ideas to deliver the router...
