NO FIBRE YET PAID FOR INSTALLATION
Kindly note I have paid for a service from cool ideas fibre. Whose supported by vumatel. I paid for this service 3 weeks ago. They set an appointment for Saturday 23 October at 10 they arrived at 2. We could not accept them due to a function. The technician said Sunday morning which did not happen
I then waited Monday whole day for someone to set an appointment Thereafter they arrived at 430 and they wanted to reschedule. They finished at 830 I did not sign anything
Up till today I have no fibre no connection it’s a internal problem that’s all I am told.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE CALL I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM SPENT 300 AIRTIME
I NEED MY INTERNET FOR A NEW JOB WHICH I STARTED TODAY
