No Fibre connection, we don't care, just pay!

I have been with cool ideas on a 20mbps fibre almost a year on the SADV FTTH infrastructure. My fibre was damaged by contractors who try to fis some one else fibre issue mid August. Cool Ideas were unable to get my network fixed after 2 weeks and I cancelled my subscription. I asked for credit as my fibre was down, they straight up refused with the reason they cannot be held liable if the SADV network is down/fibre broken. I have not used the service since I moved to MWEB and they got someone from SADV to come out and fix the fibre.

Cool Ideas is still expecting me to pay for Sep and October, although my line was not up and running and now due to there" T&C" I am still liable for the calendar month.

I have been on multiple calls with Cool Ideas, again today, and they are not trustworthy and seem to have very little clout with the FTTH providers to get issues resolved. Also seem to be "money hungry" as for them to still want to charge for a service they could not provide, and of late not even used...

I would not recommend anyone to use Cool Ideas, have had the most unpleasant experience and they have not given a bit to try remedy the situation.
