No effort to permanently resolve connectivity issues

I've logged logged the same ticket numerous time

Since signing up with cool ideas every other day my internet drops and I have to reboot my ONT and router to fix it After this I get a call from a "technician" stating the link is up. But nothing gets done to permanently rectify the issue.

This weekend the link was dropping almost every hour with no decent response from Cool ideas
