No Credit or Response to Mails
I have been trying to contact Coolidea for over a week to issue a refund since I had no internet from November 2021.
My internet finally working but they do not respond or answer my emails regarding my credit.
Why do we pay for a service we don’t receive and the fault is Cool Ideas even confirmed by a Third Party who they sent out!

09 Feb 2022, 13:07Brett Sinclair has called me abs advised Vumatel was at fault and sent a bunch of T&C which state if FNO no refund is given.
Coolidea sent Vumatel who confirmed the problem was Coolideas issue.
An independent third party Tech Doctor confirmed Coolideas was at fault as they setup my PPPOE incorrectly and my router was not dialing to the Coolideas server.
Brett was a waste of time and just shifted the blame so they don’t take accountability.
