No coverage and No assistance in 4 days.
Been without fibre for 4 days. After several calls and loging of tickets, just no assistance. They claim it’s Vumatel but it’s frustrating as I am not able to work and have depleted all my other mobile internet options. I wouldn’t recommend Coolideas to anyone. Rather use another provider.
The service is being fully billed for but there has been no service available. This is not the first time!
