Nikita Fontbin to the rescue!

I had to move our connection to a new address, a simple task one might think. It took nearly 4 weeks, many tickets, around 40 emails and numerous calls. The first 3 weeks were wasted by slow and lazy communication by various cool ideas representatives who most of the time didn't even bother to read previous emails. By the time I was ready to change to a different provider, my case was taken over by Nikita Fontbin which finally changed everything. Communication was a breeze, Nikita called back when she said she would, her knowledge was excellent and my case was finally handled in a professional manner. 5 stars for Nikita, 1 star for the rest of the experience.
