Just writing to say thank you very much to Nikita Bezuidenhout for the kind and very professional manner in which my issue was resolved. Since she took control of it, it was only a matter of hours and I was back online. I honestly doubt I would be back online had it not got to her attention. Nikita promised to keep me up to date with the progress to the very minute, and that she did not only via email but also personal calls to my wife.
