Nightmare stress company save yourself

I gave notice to terminate my service on 1 Feb, for termination to be 28 Feb(1 calendar month). Cool ideas tells me my service will only be terminated on 31 march, which i reluctantly agree. Then I see on 1 March my service is disconnected. I try to resolve and only get help 2 qeeks later saying they did not cut my service and they will help me reconnect. I confirm to the consultant that it is my last month and I have had no service for this whole time, why would I pay. I have since moved from that premises and they are still harassing and threatening to blacklist me for their nonsense, claiming I owe for March when I had no service! Trust me you do not need the stress, there are many more competent providers. I now have to go to IcAsa to resolve.
