Never there when you need them. If you internet should ever fail when you home, and for most people, that's when you off, forget to get help from cool ideas. Help is only available during working hours8-5 and even then, only via a pay line!!! You can do a " ticket" but that only works if they don't need to really do anything, and worth of all, if you have internet.
