Never ever use cool ideas or vox !!! Avoid them !!!!

We have been trying to get hold of someone to come and sort out new Wi-Fi .. No one calls back, no one answers emails, no one does anything and we have called over a dozen times over the past few weeks !! Clearly cool ideas doesn’t need new business. Cool ideas and VOX are terrible!!!!
