My Nightmares with Cool Idea ISP

I live in Cape Town and recently relocated to another complex, which unfortunately was not covered by my previous ISP. For 2years, I had enjoyed excellent fiber internet connection with Ultrafast (especially) and then Evolve. In both instances, from the moment I app**** for services to completion of task and delivering an awesome internet experience was about 48-72hrs. There were no dramas/fits of tantrum, no glitches and I can barely even remember anyone's names from both ISPs. Then I moved, and had the rotten luck of choosing Cool Ideas (I still curse the demons that influenced that decision!). I contacted Cool Ideas on Aug 1st and within minutes I've already been billed R999 for a "No strings attached" (Option2) and got RICA'd the next day. Then they promised to get me up and running in 48-72hrs (for which I pleaded with the operator to make it sooner- Lol!). Only then began my nightmares; first an ONT needed to be installed by Vodacom and that was to be sorted in 2-3weeks! I hotly disputed that timeline and eventually got the Vodacom guys to sort me out on Aug 5th (they were punctual, professional and completed the task under 1hr). Despite this "feat" by Vodacom, it took another 30+ emails and several phone calls of fighting/no one taking responsibility/horrid customer service and loosing my cool, and then 6days for good effect, for Cool Ideas to confirm activation of my line with Vodacom. On Aug 11th, I was issued a pro-rata invoice of R541 (out of R799 monthly fee for the 50Mbs/25Mbs package I preferred), which I paid up immediately in the hope that the dark clouds had passed and I will start enjoying my product after such hiatus, only to be dealt the worst shock of it all! The technician couldn't connect my personal router (which I opted to continue using from my previous ISP) and said he will log another damned ticket with Vodacom (he promised me heavens in yet another 24-72hrs) which enraged me to no end and I sure wasn't having. We eventually got back to it on night of Aug 12- alas I was connected but my download speed was 0-300Kb/s and upload speed even less than that!!!!!! I was so frustrated and emotionally exhausted, especially as I was working the whole day on 13th; I complained bitterly about this (by email and phone calls), and was eventually scheduled to get a call with their technician by 10h00 on 14th. This call came through about 80mins late, and expectedly didn't amount to much; the technician declared she has to "...log a ticket for their generic router to be delivered to me and will take 24-72hrs"!!) All of 2weeks has passed with I and Cool Ideas chasing shadows due to crass incompetence, poor customer care and complete lack of accountability and sensitivity. I stay alone at my apartment and this situation has left me completely knackered- I have spent so much on mobile data already which just covers my basic needs; I have been unable to participate on my online study sessions (I just download recordings from my colleague's later) and can't watch TV (despite my multiple online TV subscriptions running). I am now DONE with unCool Ideas and wish to cancel all ties with them and get back ALL my monies for services not rendered, since I am now starting talks with other ISPs than run on same Vodacom fiber lines in my complex. Cool Ideas have treated me very unfairly and in bad faith; they need to take a good look at themselves and their business model, and make remedial interventions before the dam bursts on them (judging by the tonnes of negative reviews here by frustrated clients). Buyers beware!!!
