MTN *******

Cool ideas are the best, but their supplier MTN are as useless as the lowest of low service provider. Took out a contract with cool ideas for 400 GB LTE. All good and dandy. Then I reached less than 80 GB. Then the trouble started ,I was told I had reached my threshold but on checking found out I hadn't even come close. Was told I was throttled and had to top up. I wrote back to cool ideas and they checked and MTN was at fault. So now cool ideas get the low score because of MTN. So MTN are the *** of greed not cool ideas. Was told yesterday it was all sorted but guess what still the same throttled service. Disgusting
