Promise call backs from Kelly a level. 3 manager and nothing then a level 2 called Komosto can’t read an update from Openserve or your own ticket system. I called and I was put on hold only for the call to be dropped. Email were said and update given. How on ****en earth can you not send a team out in 6 days and call me back. I expect a call from someone who can explain to me properly how the **** you can **** up an order and an install. Surely we are not hiring anyone willing to read ****. I want a senior to explain to me this. As I am a network engineer and I understand thinks can’t be done on day one but this is a complete **** up.
