More like *** Ideas...
Someone is LYING about being best ISP in Africa!
Vodacom was honestly better and I didn't think that anyone could beat them considering how terrible that experience was.
I've had problems with everything with them and I'm not even connected YET! - Problems with finding my area, Problems with billing, problems with getting me connected - I have had enough of these problems.
Going to try WebAfrica next. These okes are not the way.

07 Feb 2024, 20:38I was just assisted by their Senior Engineer Buhle (apparently the only Senior on-shift after 5pm). He literally fixed my issue in 2 seconds! The blockage was on the Cool Ideas side since they were transmitting but I wasn't receiving any data - seemed a simply fix overall (a simple fix which I was made to wait over 4 hours for LOL).
No man Cool Ideas!! How can you have 1 Buhle but all these other people who just frustrate the **** out of your customers!! You are going to lose business and lose good technical talent if this has to continue! Improve your technical & sales personnel training ( and hiring practices ) or the market will decide this for you.
Despite this resolution from the Senior Buhle ( who was incredibly professional ) I'm still strongly considering moving along with another ISP just due to how much headache it has been to get to this point.
Basically Cool Ideas is fine if you don't mind driving every step of the process yourself in conjunction with a manager, the ground staff appear completely inept.
After all of this **** I feel like Cool Ideas should Pay me just to be a Customer!
