Morangwa Nkoana 5 star service

So i placed my request with cool on a saturday night. They the sent there team for installation the following tues. There was a slight complication with a blocked duct which was resolved the saturday in that week. the following tues the installation came to complete the installation saying that it would take 2 hours to 2 days to take effect. i waited. After 2 days we still didnt receive an sms with the username n password. This was due to the fact that we had entered the wrong cell number to which it was supposed to be sent. I called in and the problem was resolved within a day. Im not a fussy person but i have to once again take my hat off to the lady in agent who resolved the issue so effeciently. Morangwa Nkoana is the reason why i have felt this service provider deserves a 5 star rating. Very seldom do we find people who really go extra miles in todays life, especially in customer service. So i really do appreciate her steller service and therefore my rating is 5 stars
